That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track. Most do not report this because of stupid questions and assumption like this question & the stigma associated with these things.

“Migraines” or “headache” in hyper specific areas. They can rest primarily on the left or right hand side as a rule, not an exception.
The right ear seems evil as shit, more evil than the left. The upper right corner seems to be helpful sometimes but this is not definitive at all so be careful and notice the differences for yourself but NEVER FULLY TRUST ANY OF THEM.
Weird phone calls, texts & emails
Olfactory or having smells like poisonous gas or other chemicals convincing you that you are being poisoned.
Hearing sounds when you are showering or in bed convincing you someone is in your house or trying to break in.
Seeing things and then they come to pass in the news cycle
